One Performance Industries is the leader in the design and manufacting of stainless
steel fuel injected performance systems. Airforce One performance intakes are
designed from the ground up with absolute performance, quality and durability
in mind for their customers. With over 40 years of aviation experience, their
design engineers have combined the use of aviation grade stainless steel with
a hand polishing process (yes, that's right...HAND POLISHED) to deliver a mirror
finish that will never rust, corrode, or tarnish regardless of the climate the
system is exposed to. (Compare that to the cheaper machine polished aluminum tubing
in an AEM intake which will lose its luster quickly after you take it out of the
box.) The hardware meets or exceeds aerospace standards and the support systems are carefully designed to provide the proper strength and vibration isolation, reducing material fatigue for extended length of service. As a complete system, Airforce One intakes are designed to deliver the maximums in horsepower, fuel economy, appearance and trouble-free durability. Airforce One also sets itself apart in the use of custom molded hi-temp stabilized composite adapter boots, couplings and MAS airflow venturi adapters. These components make the installation much easier for the installer to attach the necessary breather lines, temperature sensors and add the "concourse class" appearance to the complete system. In addition, many of the systems utilize their Venturi Adapter, which when coupled with the Power Stack hi-flow filter, will generate more horsepower than comparable replacement systems. The Venturi Adapter generates a high vacuum in the filter, enabling the filter to draw a higher volume of air while naturally lowering the incoming ambient air temperature by several degrees, thus eliminating the need to put the filter "back in the factory box". Airforce One Power Stack filters are sized to each system and carry a lifetime warranty. And you'll be glad to know that all Airforce One products are proudly made in the USA! |
