| SVC Motorsports' InterChiller Lightning Intercooler Twin Fan Unit |  |
The InterChiller improves a Lightning's performance by chilling down the coolant in the factory intercooler's heat exchanger (lower radiator). This coolant is then pumped up into the fuel charging manifold so as to cool the air/fuel charge and make it more dense. The more dense the air/fuel charge, the greater the the expansion during the combustion process, and the greater the horsepower. While the factory intercooler works fine at speed, very little air flows through the unit at idle, while staging for 1/4 mile runs, or during stoplight-to-stoplight city driving. The InterChiller solves all that!

'04 SVT F-150 Lightning and '02-'03 Harley trucks, this unit comes on auto-matically
with the intercooler pump and draws fresh air from the lower grill, pulling it
through the intercooler's heat exchanger for optimal thermal efficiency, even
when idling stop lights or while staging for 1/4 mile runs. Equipped with twin
Spal fans, a 30 amp circuit breaker and a custom formed aluminum shroud assembly,

| Here's what your installation will look like in 60 minutes. Note that holes are already pre-drilled at the bottom of the shroud to accomodate the factory air deflector flap. These guys thought of everything! Also note that this unit causes no clearance problems with other factory equipment. It all fits like a glove! This unit even fits on the AFCO MotoBlue high capacity heat exchanger (not Fluidyne). |  | |
